Ravelpix
Frequently Asked Questions
Keep it simple.
Do I have to use an iPhone?
Nope! You can use an Android, iPhone, or even upload photos taken from a DSLR camera or a drone.
Do you have an app in an App Store?
Nope! We don't provide an app through any App stores. Ravelpix can be saved to your mobile device or tablet as a 'Progressive Web App' (PWA). Like a regular app, a PWA can be installed on a mobile device and accessed from the home screen. You don't need to go through the hassle of downloading and installing it from an app store. Instead, you can simply visit Ravelpix.com and choose to install it with a single tap or click. Updates are automatically pushed to your device, so you don't have to do anything to keep up with the latest version.
When will I get my photos?
Usually within several hours, up to 24 hours, depending on our current processing load. We strive to return the edited photos as fast as we can.
Can you edit photos for my wedding?
Nope. We are strictly real estate. And congratulations, we knew you kids would end up together.
What should I do to prepare the property?
Checkout out our Prepare for a Shoot page. You can even send a link to this page to your clients for them to get started.
What if I don't like the finished results?
We'll work with you on additional edits to the photo to ensure you are satisfied. Once you have the photos we can't offer you a refund.
Can I get a refund?
Once you've received the photos, refunds aren't something we can offer since you've already got them and can use them in the MLS. It's similar to asking for a refund at a restaurant after finishing the entire meal. However, if there's anything about the photos you're unhappy with, we're committed to working closely with you to make improvements and ensure you're completely satisfied with the results. Your happiness with our service is our priority!
Are revisions included?
We will make up to 10 revisions per photo free of charge.
What file formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP.
What size file do you accept?
The largest file we will accept is 15 MB.
Who owns the copyright to the photos?
The copyright for the photos is yours! When we hand back the edited photo, the copyright remains with you. We just ask for your permission to showcase these images in our portfolio or other marketing materials. It's a way for us to highlight our work together! If you want more information you can look at our Terms of Service.
How do you pronounce 'Ravelpix?'
